1. High abrasion resistance:

The wear-resistant layer of the wear-resistant plate is 3-12mm thick, the strength of the wear-resistant layer can exceed HRC58-62 mm, the wear resistance is about 15-20 times that of the general thick steel plate, about 5-10 times that of the high alloy steel plate, and about 2-5 times that of the high chromium cast iron. 2. Good impact characteristics:

The aluminum alloy martensite of the wear-resistant plate has strong reliability under high temperature. The wear-resistant plate can be applied within 500 ℃, and other required temperatures can be customized for production and manufacture, which can meet the application standard within 1200 ℃. Metal composite materials such as porcelain, polyurethane and fiber materials cannot meet such high temperature regulations.

4. Very good connection characteristics:

The wear-resistant plate is a general Q235 thick steel plate, which ensures that the wear-resistant plate has ductility and plastic deformation and shows compressive strength against external force. It can be connected with other structures by various methods such as electric welding, plug welding, screw connection, etc. The connection is firm, not easy to fall off, and the interface method exceeds other raw materials.
